Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Groundworker to join our civils team. In this role, you’ll work as part of a site team delivering high‑quality groundwork and civils tasks across residential and commercial projects. You’ll be involved in all aspects of groundworks, from excavation to finishing.

Responsibilities include:

· Undertake all aspects of groundworks, e.g., excavation and trenching, drainage installation, kerbing and edging, concreting, shuttering, and formwork, slabbing and paving, site preparation and levelling

· Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

· Follow site instructions and company procedures at all times

· Ensure that all health & safety procedures are followed

· Complete all necessary paperwork to ensure compliance with our systems

Required skills/qualifications/experience:

· At least 5 years previous experience of ground working is preferable

· Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work

· Full UK driving license

· CSCS card
