Strategic Growth Roles (Ex-MBB/IB/VC/PE/M&A)

We're building the default AI for M&A. Inven helps the world's top dealmakers (private equity firms, investment banks, tier-1 consultancies, and VC funds) map the private market. If you're currently in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity and you're ready to move from advising to building, this is your next move.

We are looking for people to our strategic customer-facing roles (Global Engagement Management, Enterprise GTM). You'll manage and scale high-value institutional relationships, lead strategic product adoptions, and drive enterprise growth. You'll speak the language of our clients because you used to be one.

Who we're looking for

• 2+ years of full-time experience at an MBB firm, tier-1 consultancy, investment bank, or private equity fund

• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English. You can command a room with senior, C-level stakeholders.

• Structured problem-solving: you break down complex, ambiguous problems into clean, actionable frameworks

• Genuine curiosity about people and the ability to build trust quickly with high-profile stakeholders

• Extreme ownership: you see a gap, define the solution, and execute without waiting to be told

• The stamina and flexibility to perform at the highest level in a high-growth environment
