Coordinateur ERP H/F
Statut cadre, CDI temps plein, basé à La Rochelle (17)
Votre profil :
Vous savez anticiper, vous faites preuve de bon sens et d’esprit de synthèse. Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se), organisé(e), proactif(ve) et avez la capacité à vous adapter à des technologies et matériels nouveaux. Vous aimez communiquer, vous êtes polyvalent(e), avec le sens du service (orienté(e) satisfaction des clients internes) et savez gérer le stress et l’urgence. Le travail en équipe est une évidence pour vous.
Vous exercerez vos fonctions sous la responsabilité de la responsable des systèmes d’information.
Vos missions principales seront : (liste non exhaustive)

Recueillir, formaliser et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs métiers
Rédiger les cahiers des charges fonctionnels en lien avec les services concernés
Animer les ateliers fonctionnels et suivre les phases de projet
Assurer l’interface entre les équipes métiers et les prestataires / éditeurs
Suivre les demandes d’évolution, corrections et incidents liés à l’ERP
Participer au pilotage des projets (comités de pilotage, points d’avancement, etc.)
Accompagner les utilisateurs : formation, support de niveau 1 & 2, documentation
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus métiers

Formation et expérience :

Bac+2 à Bac+5 en informatique, systèmes d’information ou équivalent
Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets ERP et SI ou en coordination fonctionnelle
Connaissance de l’ERP Copilote appréciée

Compétences techniques :

Maîtrise des langages informatiques (Javascript et SQL)
Maîtrise de Microsoft 365
Maîtrise d’un outil de ticketing (GLPI)
Gestion des risques, gestion des contrôles, tests et diagnostics

Rémunération : à partir de 39 000€ brut annuel sur 13 mois
