Senior Production Operator, grade 2

Our client Terumo is seeking a Senior Grade 2 Operator to join their team based in Larne.

Salary: £31,344.77 Per Annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am - 4:30pm, but shifts will be required

Hours Per Week: 40

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Job Criteria:

· Good Numeracy and literacy skills

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a GMP-regulated environment

· Ability to work independently and use initiative

· Flexibility to work shifts and overtime if required

· Experience in Inspection, packaging or print operations is advantageous

Job Duties:

· Ensure all activities comply with GMP, SOP’s, product specifications and Health and Safety Regulations

· Operate and verify label and foil printing processes, ensuring accuracy of batch and expiry data

· Control and issue Labels and leaflets ensuring correct material, traceability and QA approval status

· Perform first off checks, in Process verification, and documentation completion

· Maintain accurate batch records, logbooks and stock reconciliation

· Support production to achieve output targets while maintaining high standards

· Carry out Area Clear Checks and maintain high housekeeping standards

· Escalate any deviations or discrepancies to production management/ QA
