Job Description :

To process customer sales orders, service requests and other queries received primarily via telephone and e-mail.

Entry Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role Computer literate and Microsoft Office proficient Min 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including English & Maths Accurate data input and order processing skills
