Recognising and responding to autonomic dysreflexia in line with the care plan.
Encouraging independence and respecting the client's choices.
Working closely with the client and clinical team to provide safe, consistent care.
All specialist care will be delivered in line with appropriate training, care plans and competency assessments.

A calm, compassionate and professional approach.
Confidence supporting personal care and physical disabilities.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Someone reliable, proactive and comfortable working independently.
A genuine commitment to dignity, independence and person-centred care.
