Product Operations Manager

As Harmonic's first Product Operations Manager, you will build the operating backbone that accelerates product velocity, improves decision quality, and strengthens cross-functional alignment. This is a hands-on, systems-oriented role for someone who loves transforming ambiguity into clarity and enabling PMs to do the highest-leverage work: deep discovery, sharpening problem definitions, and making the decisions that shape the product. You will make the Product team 10x more effective by implementing scalable processes, building trusted insights, and ensuring communication flows smoothly across Engineering, Design, and GTM. This is a foundational role with broad visibility and company-wide impact.
