About You:
Are you naturally warm, engaging and confident, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences? Do you enjoy planning, organising and bringing people together, with a real eye for detail?
Are you proactive, well organised and able to think on your feet? Do you enjoy working with a wide range of people and building positive relationships with customers, colleagues, suppliers and partners?
Most importantly, do you have a passion for events, hospitality and creating memorable experiences? You may come from an events, hospitality, hotel, venue, visitor experience or luxury retail background. Experience within a showroom or the design industry would be an advantage, but isn't essential – we're looking for someone with the right attitude, personality and customer focus.
If you love creating great experiences, enjoy making things happen and take pride in getting the details right, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role:

Reporting to the Brand Strategy & Communications Manager, you will work alongside our existing water studio executive to deliver an exceptional experience for everyone who visits the Studio, from members of the public and customers to architects, designers and project partners.
The role will have a strong focus on events, hospitality and customer experience, supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of events, customer visits and other activities at The Water Studio. You will be involved in everything from preparing the Studio and coordinating suppliers through to welcoming guests and ensuring every visit runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.
You will also support the day-to-day running and presentation of the Studio, visitor bookings, CRM activity and reporting, while working closely with Sales, Marketing and external partners to continually improve the customer experience.
What We Offer:
Joining Hansgrohe means becoming part of a supportive and forward-thinking workplace culture. As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits designed to foster your well-being and professional development, including:

- Opportunity to Make an Impact: Be part of a company that is committed to making a positive impact in the industry through our focus on quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
