As a Service Advisor, you will be the trusted link between our customers and our workshop—managing bookings, providing clear and timely updates, and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and care associated with our brands.

Your responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
• Manage customer bookings and vehicle drop-offs for servicing, repairs, and MOTs.
• Provide clear explanations of work required, costs, and timescales, ensuring customer expectations are effectively managed.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair and servicing process, providing regular updates where required.
• Work closely with the workshop team to ensure vehicles are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Identify and communicate any additional work or maintenance requirements to customers.
• Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction, productivity, and operational targets.
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in accordance with brand standards.

What we're looking for

• Experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive sector (preferred).
• Strong understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, CDK) and Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
• Customer- focused with a friendly and professional manner.
• Organised and detail-oriented.
• Team player with a proactive and solution- driven approach
• Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities

Salary: £30,000 per year, with an OTE of £36,000

Permanent- Average 46.33 hours per week (45 hours Monday to Friday and 4 hours 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings)
