- Support coach development: Carry out coaching observations, provide feedback and identify training opportunities.
- Create a great member experience: Build positive relationships with children, parents and families.
- Maintain high standards: Ensure safeguarding, health and safety procedures and equipment checks are consistently followed.
- Support programme growth: Help attract and retain members through excellent coaching, events and community engagement.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is passionate about children's sport and confident taking responsibility for a coaching team.
Essential:
- Experience coaching gymnastics, parkour, ninja or other children's sports activities.
- Confidence leading, supporting and motivating others.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A positive, proactive approach to coaching, safety and customer experience.

- Availability to work Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
Desirable:

- Experience supporting coaching timetables, programme delivery or team management.
