This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an early-morning, hands-on environment, with a keen eye for detail and a love for precision in each stage of the production and baking process.

Whether you’re perfecting the layers of a pastry, developing new flavours, or ensuring each bake meets our high Scéal standards, you’ll play a vital role in bringing joy to customers through the magic of viennoiserie.
