We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineers for our Broadcrown Power Engineering division to cover London. The role will provide onsite customer support specifically to generators, with a primary focus on maintenance, responding to call outs and completing remedial work.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Investigate, diagnose and resolve customer reports of technical problems with generators
• Service a wide variety of machines generators
• Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Good customer service skills
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
• Ensure compliance with relevant procedures when repairing and inspecting equipment
• Ensure work/personal equipment complies with all safety standards

Key skills we are looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years experience servicing large diesel generators
• Competent to work on electrical and mechanical aspects of generators as well as fuel and control systems.
• Competent to work on large 2MW insitu generators
• Excellent knowledge of the Generator PDI process, installations, operations and maintenance.
• Familiarality with Deepsea and ComAp beneficial
• Familiarality with 18th Edition beneficial
• CSCS Card beneficial
• Ability to work without supervision
• Interpersonal relationships/ Customer awareness/ Commercial awareness
• Excellent verbal, written and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Full UK Driving Licence required
