Now all we're missing is you – an IT Business Analyst with strong English skills who isn't afraid to take on broader responsibilities. Alongside business analysis, you'll work closely with the Product Owner to prepare and manage the backlog and help coordinate work in an agile environment.

What will you do?

• Analyse both small and large requirements related to the development of new product features;
• contribute to architecture design;
• consult with stakeholders, gather and analyse their requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for your colleagues in the development team;
• analyse and design business processes;
• collaborate with the Product Owner on product development, help manage the backlog, and prepare requirements for the development team;
• create documentation, including diagrams and process models.

What skills and experience should you have?

• Ability to facilitate workshops with both business and technical stakeholders;
• experience creating high-level concepts, use case specifications, and business process definitions;
• knowledge of IT analysis (you're comfortable with basic integration analysis, understand the principles of communication between systems, and can create sequence diagrams);
• experience with UML modelling;
• excellent communication skills in both Czech and English.

What would be a nice bonus?

• Knowledge of IT system architectures;
• experience with mobile application development;
• knowledge of Enterprise Architecture (EA) modelling, particularly ArchiMate;
• experience with UX and Figma;
• German language skills that allow you to have a casual chat or discuss work with colleagues across the Volkswagen Group.
