At Gray & Adams Fraserburgh, we’re proud to be industry leaders in manufacturing premium trailers and vehicle bodies for over 65 years and we’re growing our team!   What You’ll Be Doing: MIG Welding & Fabrication– using Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminium Reading & Interpreting Technical Drawings– Training provided if needed. Meeting Production Targetswith precision and efficiency Maintaining Equipment & PPE– to ensure safety and performance. Health & Safety Compliance– Operating safely in line with company policies.   🎯 Who We’re Looking For: Experienced Welders– Strong background in MIG welding? We want to hear from you! Semi-Skilled Welders– Some experience? We’ll provide training to develop your skills further. Trainee Welders– Eager to learn? If you have a keen interest in welding and fabrication, we offer on-the-job training to help you gain confidence and skills Detail-Oriented Team Players– quality and collaboration matter here   What You’ll Get in Return: Guaranteed 39 hours/week(Mon–Fri) + overtime options Night Shift Allowancefor those working night shifts. 33 Days Holiday per year(28 days with average holiday pay + 5 days basic pay).
