Head of Customer Success

We're a team of 26. The vibe is informal and refreshingly direct. We're now looking for someone to take full ownership of customer success. Rebuild what needs rebuilding, and actually get on calls with customers instead of just watching dashboards.

This is a hands-on role, not a purely managerial one. You'll lead a team of two, talk to customers directly, define your own metrics and work closely with our Head of Sales. We also need Czech/Slovak and English (C1).
