Job Description

Product Marketing Manager
Location – Remote (Bristol HQ)
Salary – Circa £40,000 – £45,000 per annum, plus annual company bonus

GEM Partnership are delighted to be exclusively partnered with Built Intelligence in their search for a Product Marketing Manager. Founded in 2012, Built Intelligence helps construction and infrastructure organisations manage contracts with greater consistency, control and confidence.

There is a clear roadmap for future business transformation, which would lead to them doubling their size over the next 2-3 years as the products and services are commercialised at pace.

The Product Marketing Manager, a crucial appointment in realising this ambition, is an exciting opportunity to help bring Built Intelligence to more customers by sharpening their messaging, strengthening their market position and communicating the value of the Built Intelligence software.

The Role
• Support go-to-market plans, launches and new product capabilities.
• Develop clear product positioning, customer messaging and value propositions.
• Create and coordinate launch communications, campaign themes, content, webinar subjects and customer stories.
• Support the growth of product awareness, usage and adoption through targeted campaigns and customer education.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with product guides, competitor analysis, sales playbooks and market knowledge.
• Gather customer, sales, product usage and competitor insight to identify opportunities and inform decisions.

The Person
• Experience in product marketing, B2B, SaaS, technology, customer or commercial marketing (typically 4 – 8 years; capability and potential matter most).
• Ideally coming with ConTech experience although broader SaaS background will be considered.
• A genuine interest in SaaS, software or technology and how it creates value for customers.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to turn technical information into clear customer messages.
• Good organisation, a proactive approach and confidence managing multiple stakeholders.
• An interest in customer insight, product adoption and measuring marketing impact.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
• An eagerness to learn, as ongoing training will be provided.

The role offers remote working, with quarterly visits to their Bristol HQ, as well as attending industry events when required.
