Gap Personnel, operating as an employment business, is recruiting 4 experienced FLT Reach Driver to join one of the UK’s leading distribution centres.

The Role
As an FLT Driver you’ll work in a fast‑paced, organised warehouse environment where your accuracy and teamwork make a real impact. This is not a static forklift role — you’ll be checking stock, goods and location controlling and handballing.
Key Responsibilities:

Stock movement using Reach Truck
Picking Orders from pick lists and locate stock
Packing Orders ready for dispatch
Maintaining a safe, tidy workspace
Completing daily equipment safety checks
Accurate completion of paperwork
Supporting wider production tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Valid Reach (D1/D2)
Minimum 2 years’ proven FLT experience
Experience in a warehouse or fast‑moving environment
Self‑motivated, organised, and reliable
Strong communication skills
A methodical, safety‑focused approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Commitment to delivering consistent results
