About the role

About the role:

You will own the product strategy for the internal platforms that power FYUL’s global manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment. This is a senior software product role in our Product organization, where software, physical operations, and hardware meet. You will not run production. You will build the systems our facilities run on, used every day by thousands of operators, technicians, inventory specialists, and managers.

To do this well, you will learn our production environments in depth: how our tools work with equipment and workflows, and how digital systems turn into real operational results. A core part of the job is connecting merchant and end customer needs with internal operations, solving problems for the people we serve by improving and automating the processes behind the scenes. You will shape how we use data and hardware (scanners, printers, and more) to improve speed, quality, and cost.

You will own complex domains, drive strategy and roadmaps across one or more teams, and set a high bar for how product work gets done. Your job is to decide what to build, why it matters to the business, and how we will know it worked.

If the complexity of manufacturing and logistics energizes you, and you get a quiet thrill from seeing a process you designed actually work in the physical world, we want to hear from you.

What you will do

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and outcome based roadmap for your domain, balancing short and long term goals

  • Lead discovery using data, user research, and on site observation, and decide clearly what to build and what not to build

  • Turn validated problems into clear PRDs with phased scope, success metrics, and acceptance criteria that engineering can build from

  • Set KPIs up front, measure results after launch, and decide whether to scale, iterate, or stop

  • Own the business case for your work, including the cost to build and run it, and link every initiative to commercial impact

  • Work closely with engineering leadership on technical tradeoffs such as architecture, scalability, and tech debt

  • Make tradeoffs between customer, business, and technical needs explicit, and align stakeholders up to senior leadership through influence

  • Use modern tools, including AI assisted prototypes and user flows, to make ideas tangible early and get feedback faster

  • Raise the product bar by coaching other PMs and sharing what you learn

What helps you succeed here:

  • Experience building internal platforms (ERP, OMS, WMS, or similar) in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments

  • Experience with hardware integrated solutions such as scanners, printers, IoT, or automation equipment

  • A strong understanding of how software interacts with physical processes such as production lines, goods movement, inventory flows, and equipment maintenance

  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods, and the ability to use them to drive real operational efficiency and lower costs

  • The ability to think about UX beyond the screen, considering the full physical user journey in high pressure places like production facilities and warehouses

  • A willingness to get close to the work by shadowing operators and validating solutions directly in production

  • Comfort working where success depends as much on system design as on real world adoption

  • Willingness and ability to travel to our production facilities across Europe, the United States, and Mexico

What we offer:

  • A global, inclusive team that’s as supportive as it is ambitious and serious about getting things done

  • An opportunity to work remotely or in a modern and welcoming office in Riga

  • Flexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 AM)

  • Private health insurance

  • 2 extra paid days off to focus on your mental or physical well-being

  • 1 extra paid day off to celebrate a Birthday or any other celebration of your choice

  • Internal and external learning opportunities

  • Access to mentorship, internal meetups, and hackathons, both on-site and online

  • Free and healthy lunch if you work from the Rīga office

  • Design and order your own merch using our platforms with an employee discount

  • Exciting team-building events and parties you’ll never forget!
