About the role
About The RoleLooking to kick-start your career in People, HR, or Talent?
We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused individual to join our People team at Foxtons. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is keen to gain hands-on experience across employee onboarding, HR administration, employee experience and people processes.
You'll play a key role in helping new starters get off to the best possible start, supporting our employees throughout their journey with Foxtons, and working closely with teams across the business.
No previous HR experience is required. We're looking for someone with great attention to detail, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in people and how businesses support their employees.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting the onboarding of new employees
Coordinating employee documentation and records
Assisting with people-related projects and initiatives
Helping to deliver a great employee experience
Providing administrative support to the wider People team
Working with colleagues across the business to keep our people processes running smoothly
About You
As well as having excellent organisational skills, a good knowledge of Excel and meticulous attention to detail, we are looking for someone capable of prioritising a busy workload and who takes pride in delivering a high standard of work. Previous experience within HR, recruitment or administration would be beneficial, but is not essential.
We offer:
One day working from home per week after six months' service
Comprehensive, ongoing training programme
Exposure to diverse aspects of the People & Culture function
Great career opportunities
Vibrant company culture, including paid-for social events
Diversity and inclusion networks
One paid work day a year to volunteer for a charity of your choice
Wellbeing package including free confidential counselling helpline, Mental Health First Aiders, access to a coaching platform and subsidised gym membership
Enhanced parental policies, including generous shared parental leave
