Private Client Travel Manager – Duties:

* Arranging a range of luxury adventurous holidays, creating one-of-a-kind journeys that go beyond clients’ high expectations.

* Booking Michelin-starred meals in the most remote locations to out-of-hours museum tours.

* Going the extra mile for every clients journey and experience.

* Creating memorable journeys globally, looking after the client from initial contact through to building itineraries, confirming travel arrangements, making contact upon their return, and setting up their next exciting experience.

* Develop strong destination knowledge worldwide, through regular training, marketing updates, and educational trips.

* Use effective questioning to understand client needs and create bespoke itineraries that align with their preferences.

* Develop and maintain a network of existing and new clientele through outbound sales calls, emails and in person appointments (including international) in order to build relationships.

Private Client Travel Manager – Essential Requirements:

* Passionate about travel, with extensive experience arranging luxury travel to VIPs

* Strong understanding of the luxury travel industry and client expectations

* Sales-driven and motivated by targets and results

* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality

* A positive, collaborative team player with a can-do attitude

* Enthusiastic, personable, and keen to grow within the travel industry

* Able to work full time in the London office
