The role of the Logistics Manager – Glass Products will involve:

* Logistics Manager position overseeing all logistics and dispatch of range of glass products

* Effectively manage and oversee the transport, dispatch and deliveries from the Liverpool depot

* Plan all delivery routes across all depots to best utilise the fleet and drivers (5 vehicles)

* Manage, develop and conduct performance reviews for all staff within your team

* Manage and oversee maintenance requirements to ensure vans and trucks are compliant with all the relevant schemes and delivery regulations

* Develop and implement strategies to optimise transportation processes and reduce costs

The ideal applicant will be a Logistics Manager – Glass Products with:

* Must have people management experience within Logistics / Transport Management

* Load planning experience

* Experience supervising health & safety on site

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* IT literate (Microsoft Office)

* Organised, dynamic and self-motivated
