Overview
Reporting to the Lead Account Manager the Internal Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing their designated set of accounts and quoting a high volume of sales enquiries. Working a fast-paced environment Internal Sales Account Manager will ensure that their targets are achieved for turnover, profit, quotes, and conversion whilst maintaining an accurate level of work.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Producing quotes and processing sales orders
- Building and maintain customer relationships
- Reading technical drawings and nesting
- Managing workload
- Manage customer expectations
- Chase all quotes and record feedback
- Adhere to company HSE requirements
- Adhere to 5s principles and expectations
- Achieve and maintain the minimum target of 8 quotes a day
- Work to the target quote response time of less than 4 hours.
