Our client is seeking a hands-on delivery professional to establish and manage the governance, planning, reporting, and control environment across a major transformation portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating multiple transformation initiatives, ensuring clear governance, managing risks and dependencies, and providing executive-level reporting across the programme landscape.

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating and maintaining the integrated transformation roadmap, programme plan, milestones, and dependency map.
  • Coordinating multiple transformation initiatives and project teams across the portfolio.
  • Establishing governance frameworks, reporting cycles, and programme controls.
  • Producing executive-level reporting packs, dashboards, and programme updates.
  • Managing programme-level RAID logs, dependencies, risks, issues, and recovery plans.
  • Providing oversight across operating model, business process, data, and technology transformation workstreams.
  • Coordinating delivery activities across project managers, business analysts, consultants, and specialist resources.
  • Supporting operating model implementation and ensuring alignment across people, process, governance, technology, and data initiatives.
  • Working closely with Benefits, Change, and Finance leads to provide a single consolidated view of programme performance.
  • Driving delivery momentum, identifying constraints early, and supporting recovery actions where required.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale transformation programmes or portfolios.
  • Strong programme governance, planning, RAID management, and dependency management expertise.
  • Experience delivering operating model, organisational, business process, data, or technology-enabled transformation.
  • Ability to consolidate complex delivery information into clear executive-level reporting and decision-making materials.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge senior leaders constructively.
  • Experience working alongside Change, Benefits, and Finance teams within large transformation environments.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and implementation management capabilities.
  • Experience within Defence, Government, National Security, or other highly regulated environments would be advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a significant transformation programme and take ownership of integrated planning, governance, programme control, and delivery coordination across a diverse and complex portfolio of change initiatives.
