A successful brand specialising in Construction Equipment are looking for a Parts Specialist to join their team based in Portsmouth.

Role: Parts Specialsit
Area: Portsmouth
Salary: £30,000 per year

The requirements of the Parts Specialist will be:

• As Parts Specialist, you will be required handle and respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Send quotes
• Raise sales orders on the system
• Management of stock levels
• Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

The ideal candidate for Parts Specialist will have:

• Experience in a parts based role within a similar environment including construction, agriculture or automotive
• Ability to identify parts
• Good commercial awareness
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
