Job Description

Our client search for a Solar Mechanical Site Manager to supervise the from the design and installation phase to the end of the project.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, including coordinating the site personnel.

• Supervising the Installation operations of photovoltaic structures and modules.

• Maintain accurate records of site activities, workforce, and materials.

• Managing the operation ensure the activity following the safety and quality procedures.

• Ensure that each phase of the project is carried out on time, on budget and to high standards.

• Resolution of any problems or delays.

Job Requirements 

Qualifications

• Previous experience with Solar Projects.

• The candidate must have previous experience as an mechanical manager.

• Understanding of mechanical works and tasks on the site.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to solve logical problems.

• Communication skills.

• Good knowledge of the English and Romanian language.
