Specialising in Residential or Auction Conveyancing, this forward thinking firm are seeking a qualified Conveyancing Fee Earner, with a minimum of 3 years experience to join our Auction or Open Market teams.

The Role

• Responsibility for managing a full varied caseload of Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases from inception to completion
• Maintaining and building excellent client relationships
• Protecting clients best interests, whilst taking precautions against potential fraud and money laundering
• Obtaining and checking land registry documents and title deeds
• Drafting legal documents, including contracts and HM Land Registry documents
• To ensure all files comply with the company policies and the regulatory framework including CLC, SRA and solicitor account rules
• Undertaking general administration duties, using a high degree of self-management and initiative
• Deal with clients both in person and on the telephone, in a confident manner providing clear, accurate and up to date information

About You

• Be a Regulated Person with a minimum of 3 years PQE, holding a recognised accreditation and current practice certificate, for example SRA / CLC / CILEX
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience working as a Fee Earning Conveyancer
• Be able to Title Check unaided 
• Be able to undertake all aspects of a sale and purchase transaction including reviewing and reporting on mortgage and searches
• Have experience carrying out AML checks on Source of Funds and Source of Wealth in line with AML Regulations
• Have experience of using a Case Management system
• Be a motivated self-starter, able to work remotely effectively and efficiently
