About the role
Filtration Sales Manager
Sheffield
Full-time | Permanent
Ready to take a growing product range to the next level?
We’ve got a mature, patented, and globally recognised range of filtration products that now requires a commercially driven sales professional who knows how to grow markets, build strong customer relationships and turn opportunities into results.
You'll take responsibility for the growth of our magnetic filtration product range in the UK and overseas markets, working with a diverse customer base including end users, distributors, key partners and OEMs across a wide range of industrial sectors.
You'll develop and deliver sales strategies to grow existing business, identify new opportunities and generate effective initiatives.
We're looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of delivering growth and managing a sales budget. Ideally, you'll have experience within industrial product sales, be technical minded and curious.
You'll need strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to analyse performance, identify opportunities and turn plans into action. Most importantly, you'll be self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently while being part of a wider team.
In return, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the growth of an established product range, working with customers and partners across a broad international market. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on sales.
The role is office based at our Sheffield office and involves regular UK and international travel.
If you're ready to take ownership of a sales territory, build lasting commercial relationships and drive the next stage of growth for our Filtration business, we'd love to hear from you.
Please send your CV, salary expectations, and a brief note explaining why this role is right for you to careers@spearandjacksongroup.com.
Please note that you must have the Right to Work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
