Matchday staff positions available for 2024/25

As the Fleet head into a new Vanarama National League season, we have opportunities available for matchday staff in a number of roles.
We are recruiting now to fill vital positions in areas including stewarding, in our bars and kitchens including a cook plus there are also roles available working on our turnstiles and ticket windows at the Kuflink Stadium.
The positions are part of a close-knit team contributing to the success of our football and matchday operations. We are based at the club’s Kuflink Stadium in Northfleet, close to both Northfleet and Ebbsfleet International train stations.

PERSONAL QUALITIES
- An excellent communicator who presents professionally and has good interpersonal skills
- Bring a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Good work ethic
- Able to work in a team
- Be agile and able to adapt to different and changing situations
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- The ability to work safely and effectively
- The ability to show initiative, be proactive and work independently
