Site Supervisor

Required education:

Technical school, secondary school, vocational secondary school, vocational school

If this sounds like you, we’re looking for you!

• At least a secondary-level qualification in construction,
• Category B driving licence,
• User-level computer skills,
• Reliable, precise, and able to work independently,
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• On-site supervision and schedule-based management of subcontractors’ work,
• Daily communication with the site manager and subcontractors,
• Participation in and verification of quantity surveys,
• On-site coordination of materials, equipment, and human resources,
• Participation in and supervision of the handover and acceptance of materials provided to subcontractors,
• Coordination of on-site quality inspections, in cooperation with the technologist and laboratory,
• Documentation of projects and maintenance of the construction log,
• Supervision of occupational safety regulations and ensuring compliance.

It is an advantage if you also have experience in the following:

Professional experience gained in a similar field.
