- Higher technical education qualification,
- User-level knowledge of Excel and Word,
- Independence, reliability, precision, and a cooperative attitude,
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar field, but we also welcome applications from recent graduates and interns!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing the technical content of subcontractor agreements and monitoring contracts,
- Reconciling and checking monthly performance reports,
- Handling warranty-related matters,
- Preparing and checking technical documentation related to invoices,
- Contributing to the definition of the technical requirements, expected costs, and implementation timeframe of tenders and offers,
- Requesting quotations and preparing contracts,
- Managing the cost-monitoring program and preparing invoices,
- Collecting size and quantity calculations,
- Maintaining the construction log,
- Carrying out site visits and surveys.
