Salary: £31,868.20 per year
Hours: 42.5 hours per week

We're looking for a Bodyshop Advisor. If you're organised, customer-focused and understand the importance of keeping repairs moving, let's talk.

We're looking for a Bodyshop Advisor to join our team in Bury St Edmunds.

You'll play an important role in keeping customers informed, coordinating repairs and ensuring vehicles move smoothly through the Bodyshop process.

It's all about communication, organisation and delivering a great customer experience.

What we're looking for

You'll be responsible for supporting customers throughout the vehicle repair journey, keeping communication clear and making sure jobs progress efficiently through the bodyshop.

We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

Previous experience in a Bodyshop, accident repair centre or automotive customer service role would be beneficial. You'll need to be comfortable dealing with customers, coordinating with different teams and keeping things on track.
