About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Packaging Designer who lives and breathes FMCG and consumer branding. You’ll lead impactful creative projects, mentor talented designers, and craft bold, strategic packaging and brand solutions.

Responsibilities
• Lead branding and packaging design projects for FMCG clients.
• Provide creative direction and oversee design teams.
• Develop strategic visual identities aligned with brand goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay on top of design trends and industry innovations.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in consumer branding and packaging design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing standout FMCG projects.
• We value professionals who combine strategic thinking, creative curiosity, and accountability in execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience leading creative teams and managing projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese (required) and English (a plus).
