About the role

Imagine this. You're the person connecting warehouse operations with the teams that keep production moving. As a Warehouse Coordinator at Destinus, you'll combine hands-on logistics knowledge with data analysis, planning, and problem-solving to ensure materials, inventory, and processes run efficiently.

Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll help coordinate daily activities, investigate complex inventory discrepancies, analyze operational data, and support procurement and production planning activities. You'll use Excel and Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) to turn data into actionable insights, identify inefficiencies, and make sure the right materials are available when needed.

We're looking for someone who thinks analytically, enjoys solving problems, and understands how warehouse operations, procurement, and production planning work together. If you're comfortable working with numbers, coordinating across departments, and taking ownership of challenges, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

At Destinus, we are revolutionizing the defense industry with cutting-edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Our innovative technologies are designed to meet the unique demands of modern defense operations, delivering unparalleled speed, precision, and cost effectiveness. Destinus partners with government agencies and defense organizations worldwide to provide advanced solutions for mission-critical operations, enabling a new era of efficiency and technological superiority. Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.

What you'll do

    • Support warehouse coordination and planning - Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily activities, prioritize workloads, monitor operational performance, and ensure warehouse operations remain aligned with production requirements. Step in to support operational decisions when the Supervisor is unavailable.
    • Analyze data and build reports - Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) to analyze inventory levels, stock movements, order fulfillment, material availability, and warehouse performance. Develop reports, identify trends, and provide insights that support operational decisions.
    • Investigate and solve complex problems - Identify, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock inconsistencies, system errors, and material-related issues. Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.
    • Support procurement activities - Collaborate with the Procurement team to monitor purchase orders, follow up on material deliveries, identify supply shortages, and help resolve discrepancies between orders, receipts, and inventory records.
    • Contribute to material and production planning - Work with Production Planning and Procurement to anticipate material requirements, monitor stock availability, identify potential shortages, and support the coordination of incoming materials based on production priorities.
    • Ensure data accuracy and reliability - Maintain accurate inventory records in Microsoft Dynamics (MSD), validate system information, identify data inconsistencies, and support improvements in data quality across warehouse operations.
    • Coordinate with other departments - Act as a key point of contact between the warehouse and Production, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and Planning teams, ensuring clear communication, effective follow-up, and timely resolution of operational issues.
    • Support and guide the warehouse team - Assist with onboarding and training new employees, provide guidance on warehouse processes and systems, and support the team in resolving operational questions.
    • Drive continuous improvement - Identify inefficiencies, analyze operational processes, and develop practical improvements to inventory management, reporting, material flows, and warehouse organization.
    • Support compliance and safety standards - Participate in inventory audits, safety reviews, and process assessments, ensuring warehouse operations comply with internal procedures and applicable safety requirements.

what you'll need

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain coordination, or a similar industrial environment.

  • Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, prepare reports, and collaborate with international teams.

Who you are

You're analytical, organized, and naturally curious about how things work. You don't just spot problems, you investigate them, understand what's causing them, and find ways to fix them.

You're confident working with Excel, numbers, and complex information, but you also understand that good coordination requires clear communication and strong relationships across teams.

You see the bigger picture and understand how procurement, planning, inventory, and production are connected. You're proactive, comfortable taking ownership, and always looking for ways to make processes more efficient and reliable.

You enjoy balancing operational coordination with analytical work, and you're motivated by turning information into solutions that make a real difference.

If you're ready to combine your logistics experience, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills in a fast-moving aerospace environment, we want to hear from you.
