The internship gives an insight into the brand design activities of Design Hotels™ with a focus on brand strategy and design, as well as content and event production.

Compensation: EUR 1000 / month

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting the Editorial team and Project Management: support in communication with involved creative teams, making sure that deadlines are met within the project timelines
Scheduling, planning, and documentation of internal and external meetings
Preparation of presentations
Support in managing Design Hotels’ Media Database: sorting and approval process of text and image content from member hotels; direct communication and problem-solving with hotels during that process
Assisting with image selection and creation of first layout drafts for presentations and internal documents
Supporting the team in visual research and working closely with Design to help bring concepts to life

EXPERIENCE & MINDSET

Team player with excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Creativity and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Strong analytical and administrative skills
Proficiency in Keynote, Canva and Adobe
Excellent communication and administrative skills
Useful if you are studying visual communication or graphic design
