Project Manager - Network Services

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Network Services to lead and coordinate IT infrastructure and network-related projects within a dynamic international environment.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive professional with strong project delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive complex initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate network infrastructure and connectivity-related projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Establish and maintain structured Network Services governance, ensuring clear ownership, defined processes, and alignment with organizational standards.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and service providers to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalations, driving accountability and timely resolution of delivery challenges.
• Ensure consistent communication and reporting across technical teams, service owners, and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure project activities follow established change management procedures, documentation standards, and applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in IT project management, preferably within network infrastructure, connectivity, or enterprise IT services.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional IT infrastructure projects in international environments.
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking concepts, network services, and IT infrastructure operations.
• Experience coordinating internal technical teams, external vendors, and managed service providers.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and IT service management principles.
• Experience working in complex, process-driven environments with strong governance, quality, and compliance standards is considered an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive accountability, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is considered an advantage.
• Valid criminal record extract, not older than three months, required.
