To strengthen our production team, we are looking for you as a Machine Operator (m/f/d) for our PET strap production lines. RESPONSIBILITIES

Operating, monitoring and controlling our production lines for the manufacture of PET strapping
Setting up and changing over the production lines for different products, strap widths and production requirements
Monitoring the entire production process and ensuring uninterrupted production
Checking and adjusting relevant machine and production parameters
Carrying out quality checks during ongoing production
Identifying and resolving minor faults and performing simple maintenance and servicing work
Documenting production volumes, quality figures, faults and rejects
Complying with the defined quality, work and safety standards
Working closely with maintenance, quality assurance and production management

REQUIREMENTS

Completed technical or industrial vocational training is desirable; career changers with a technical understanding are also welcome
Ideally experience in operating and monitoring production machinery, preferably in plastics processing or extrusion
Technical understanding and an interest in production processes and machinery
Experience with machine controls and technical installations is an advantage
Careful and responsible way of working
Strong quality awareness and a good eye for product deviations
Reliability, team spirit and physical resilience
Willingness to work in shifts
Good written and spoken German
