Associate Case Manager

We are seeking experienced Associate Case Managers to join our industry-leading rehabilitation team on a self-employed basis across the UK.

Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ experience in Rehabilitation Case Management and, ideally, a professional background in Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or Physiotherapy.
