Company Overview
We are a rapidly expanding and award winning business offering the very latest ‘Full Fibre’ to homes and businesses across the nation. We offer broadband speeds of up to 2000Mbps, Wi-Fi 7 technology, exceptional customer service, and competitive prices.
The Role
We’re looking for a bright, motivated Junior Marketing Executive to join our core marketing team. You’ll work across the full marketing mix, with a strong focus on digital: paid media, website content and our online customer journey.
This is an ideal role for someone who is hungry to learn and is comfortable with data. The role offers the right person, a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a marketing team and the wider business. You’ll not build your own skills and understanding, but also the role marketing plays in the wider commercial team and beyond.
You’ll support campaign planning and delivery, help manage our paid channels, create and update website content, and work closely with community marketing, telesales and field sales to make sure our digital activity drives real business results.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Content
- Own day‑to‑day updates to the Connect Fibre website via our CMS (content updates, landing pages, banners, forms, etc.).
- Write and edit clear, on‑brand copy for web pages, campaign landing pages, emails and social posts.
- Support SEO basics: metadata, internal linking, content structure and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with design/creative (internal or agency) to produce assets for digital campaigns and the website.
- Social media – Create and publish social media content for the brand across Meta/Instagram/TikTok. Both independently and with external content creators.
Campaigns & Cross‑Functional Support
- Help plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns from brief to launch, including timelines, assets and tracking.
- Support community outreach projects with digital amplification of local events, partnerships and on the ground activity.
- Work with telesales and field sales to plan geo targeted digital campaigns that warm up priority areas and drive inbound calls/leads.
- Maintain campaign trackers, dashboards and documentation so performance is visible and learnings are captured.
- Drive our referral scheme by building and maintain relationships with community partners such as football, rugby clubs & other community groups.
Analytics & Learning
- Use tools like Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards and CRM/lead reports to understand what’s working.
- Turn data into simple, actionable recommendations for the wider team.
- Actively seek feedback, take on new tools and channels, and build your skills across performance marketing, content and analytics.
The Candidate
- A degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related subject – or strong demonstrable interest in marketing.
- Genuine interest in marketing.
- Good written communication skills and an eye for detail.
- Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and learning new platforms quickly.
- Self‑starter who can manage multiple tasks, hit deadlines and ask smart questions.
- A team player who is also confident working on their own tasks.
- Someone who isn’t afraid to ask questions or for support.
- Right to work in the UK.
Nice to have (but not essential)
- Basic familiarity with Google Analytics or SEO principles.
- Experience using a CMS (HubSpot) or email marketing tools.
- Interest in telecoms, tech, local community marketing or performance‑led growth.
The Rewards
- £27,000 Salary
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Birthday off
