About the Role

Lead the design of beautiful, user-centered digital products. Shape the visual identity and user experience of products used by millions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design from research to delivery
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Build and maintain design systems
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams
• Present designs to stakeholders and clients
• Mentor junior designers

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process
• Experience with design systems at scale
• Knowledge of accessibility standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working with developers

Nice to Have

• Motion design skills
• Front-end development knowledge
• Experience with user research tools
• Background in SaaS or B2B products
