We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Sommelier to join the team at Hakkasan Mayfair, part of Hakkasan Group, home to the internationally acclaimed Hakkasan, Yauatcha and Ling Ling restaurants.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional wine service within a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
