Production supervisor

We are looking for a production supervisor to organise precision metalworking orders, coordinate the team and maintain quality and deadlines.

• Organising work across CNC production stations.
• Coordinating orders, deadlines and priorities.
• Monitoring production progress and finished-part quality.
• Resolving day-to-day issues with engineering and quality teams.
• Supporting safe and efficient workshop operations.

• Manufacturing experience; prior team-leadership experience is an advantage.
• Understanding of CNC machining and technical drawings.
• Strong organisational skills, initiative and accountability.
