Technical Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant (360) London / WFH to £40k + OTE

You'll partner with some of the UK's most exciting technology companies, from start-ups and scale-ups to global financial institutions, building long term client relationships and placing exceptional technology talent.

Whether you want to launch your own niche desk or join an established, high-performing team, as a Technical Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant you'll have the support, tools and freedom to accelerate your career.

What You'll Do:

• Build and grow your own portfolio of technology clients
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement
• Source and place high-calibre technology professionals across a range of specialist markets
• Develop long term client and candidate relationships built on quality and trust
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets with the support of dedicated advertising and marketing teams

About you:

• You have experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within technology or similar professional market
• You have a proven track record of developing client relationships and generating placements
• You have strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach
• You have advanced communication, organisation and relationship building skills
