About the Role

Join a life sciences ingredients team during its commercial growth phase. You will connect technical and laboratory expertise with supplement brands and ingredient manufacturers, helping turn promising leads into long-term business partnerships.

What You'll Do

Develop relationships with prospective customers and guide leads through the B2B sales process.
Work closely with the laboratory team to communicate technical product information to buyers.
Build and manage key accounts across the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and related ingredient markets.
Represent the business at relevant industry events and travel to meet customers and partners.
Use CRM tools to track opportunities and support ongoing business development.

What We're Looking For

Two to four years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development in raw materials, supplements, or pharmaceuticals.
Experience selling technical ingredients or comparable products in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, biochemistry, or functional foods.
An established network in relevant ingredient markets, with familiarity with industry events, distributors, and prospective customers.
A completed degree or comparable qualification in a natural science, technical field, or business with a life sciences focus.
A technical or scientific background, or experience selling technical products, and fluent English.
Willingness to travel. German proficiency, CRM experience, startup or scale-up experience, and familiarity with cyclodextrin in formulation are useful.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €60 to €80 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Regensburg, Bavaria, Germany.
