Improve engineering workflows through better CI/CD, release tooling, and faster feedback between writing code and seeing it in production.
Ship user-facing features alongside platform improvements.
Keep the technical foundation reliable so other engineers can build on it with confidence.

What We're Looking For

Two to four years of production experience building mobile applications with Flutter and Dart, or building web applications.
Daily, fluent use of agentic coding tools, with a thoughtful understanding of their strengths, limitations, and practical workarounds.
A strong academic background from a well-regarded university or equivalent institution.
Clear English communication and an interest in improving systems and workflows that help other engineers.
An eye for design details, including spacing, animation, and component consistency.
Interest in mobile foundations, AI infrastructure, developer experience, and user-facing product work.
