About the Role

Lead international paid acquisition across Google Ads as part of a performance marketing team at a seed stage AI communications SaaS company. You will own campaign performance, tracking, and experimentation to support measurable growth across multiple markets.

What You'll Do

Build, structure, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across international markets.
Manage substantial paid media budgets with clear accountability for performance.
Own tracking and conversion setup, including Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.
Design and run systematic tests of campaign structures and landing pages.
Use experiment results to improve campaigns and deliver measurable acquisition outcomes.
Work closely with performance marketing colleagues and go-to-market managers to adapt campaigns to different markets.

What We're Looking For

Between 2 and 13 years of relevant experience, with hands-on paid search or Google Ads specialization.
Experience managing Google Ads budgets of at least €150,000 per month.
Experience running international campaigns and tailoring strategy to market differences.
Practical ownership of conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.
A structured, analytical, performance focused approach, with a strong interest in testing and iteration.
Excellent English communication skills; German is a strong plus.
Ability and willingness to work on-site in Vienna or relocate.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base salary: €65,000 to €100,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
