You’re invited to join us.+ What are we looking for?We are looking for a Worship Lead to help shape the next season of worship at Christ Church. Our worship and production teams are in a season of rebuilding, creating an opportunity for someone to provide hands-on musical leadership, develop volunteers and nurture a healthy, prayerful and multigenerational worship culture.This is an opportunity to shape a worship team, building a strong shared identity, equipping people to grow in faith, skill and confidence while developing worship that serves the wider vision and life of our church. Job title: Worship LeadResponsible to: Lead Pastor (Revd Dr Katie Stock)Hours: Up to 14 hours per week, including Sunday morning. Tuesday is the main office day, with remaining hours arranged flexibly.Pay: £28,000-£34,000 pro rataContract: Permanent, with a three-month probationary period.
