Children & Families Worker

Help shape the next generation grow in faith. This is a unique opportunity to build a key ministry that gives every child in our church community the best possible foundation in the Christian faith, from their earliest years through to Youth ministry and beyond, into higher education or the workplace. The childhood and early teenage years are formative for lasting faith, and we want to make the most of them. You will work alongside families, volunteers and our Ministry Leadership Team (MLT) to nurture faith that lasts a lifetime.The ideal candidate will have:A genuine heart for children, families and their spiritual growthExperience in children's ministry, teaching, youth work, education or a related fieldStrong relational and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with children, parents and volunteersA collaborative approach, and comfort working as part of a wider ministry leadership teamCreativity and initiative in developing programmes, resources and eventsA mature, committed Christian faith and a passion for discipling the next generation
