Are you an experienced Accredited Clinical Coder looking to take your career beyond coding and into quality improvement, audit and leadership? CHKS is offering a unique opportunity to develop into an Approved Clinical Coding Auditor while continuing to build on your existing coding expertise.

As a Clinical Coding Trainee Auditor, you'll join one of the UK's leading clinical coding teams, working across NHS and independent healthcare organisations. You'll receive structured support, mentorship and development through a recognised auditor training pathway, gaining the skills and confidence to assess coding quality, identify improvement opportunities and help organisations improve the accuracy of their healthcare data.

This predominantly home-based role offers flexibility, variety and exposure to a wide range of specialties, clients and innovative ways of working, including AI-supported clinical coding services. Most importantly, it provides a clear route to broaden your professional impact and shape the future of healthcare information.
