Job Description

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / LLOP Drivers for our prestigious client based in Coventry, CV6 4BX.

Pay Rates & Shifts as a Warehouse Operative:

You will be working 5 days out of 7, this is not Monday to Friday – You must be available to work weekends too

* DAY SHIFT RATE: (6am-2pm) from £13.34 to £22.01
* BACK SHIFT RATE: (2pm-10pm) from £15.35 to £22.01 per hour  
* Night SHIFT RATE: (10pm-6am) from £16.68 to £22.01

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

• Pick products accurately using a voice-activated picking system
• Operate Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) trucks (full training provided)
• Pick stock into cages and pallets
• Achieve productivity targets, including a minimum 90% pick rate
• Support the wider team in maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site policies
• Contribute towards team performance and productivity goals
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Remain focused and accurate under pressure
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working area at all times

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
