Care Fertility Woking

30 hours per week | Monday to Saturday between 8:00am and 6:00pm (rota basis)

Salary: £21,238.98 per annum (FTE £26,548.73), inclusive of High-Cost Area Weighting

We are looking for a Patient Services Executive to join our team at Care Fertility Woking on a permanent basis. In this vital administration-based role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive compassionate, expert and seamless support throughout their fertility journey.

Working closely with both clinical and administrative teams, you will help ensure every patient experience reflects our values while delivering a professional and efficient service.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting.
NHS experience is highly desirable, including knowledge of NHS systems and processes (approximately two years' experience preferred).
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion in every interaction.
A proactive, flexible and supportive approach to work.
A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service.
